List of Services

  • Define space problems, conduct space planning studies, and prepare preliminary program statements.

  • Oversee the selection process of the design and construction teams (issue RFQs, RFPs, and coordinate interviews).

  • ​Prepare presentations for the school’s administration to present project information to their governing board.

  • Act as a liaison between the school’s internal client, the school’s administration, the architect, and the contractor.

  • Assess campus grounds to identify capital renewal needs or potential master plan opportunities.

  • Prepare 5 year capital projects list showing timing and cash flow.

  • Refresh data from a Facilities Condition Study so that the report can be used to forecast capital renewal needs.

  • Prepare scopes of work and “order of magnitude” estimates for small capital renewal projects.

  • Manage small capital renewal projects where the institution acts as its own general contractor.

  • Expand “bandwidth” with limited temporary staffing.

  • Fill-in for project management staff that are on extended leave.
